Who we are
The website deapet.ro belongs to the Dea Pet salon, run by TOTO & JOLIE PET BEAUTY S.R.L., Tax ID 55535931. Contact: 0775 280 755, contact@deapet.ro.
What data we use
The website has no forms. When you call or message us on WhatsApp to book, we use your name, phone number and details about your pet only to make and confirm the appointment. Photos of your pet or child are taken and published only with your consent.
Cookies and tracking
The website has no ads. Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) is used only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner; without consent nothing is loaded. If enabled, GA4 sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (they distinguish visitors; kept up to 2 years) and we see only aggregated statistics (pages visited, approximate location, device). Data retention in GA4 is set to 14 months. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage, key deapet_consimtamant_v1) until you change it.
Withdrawing consent: click “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page and untick Statistics or click “Decline”; the GA cookies are deleted. As long as no Analytics ID is configured, the site uses no cookies and no banner appears.
The map in the Contact section is loaded from Google Maps, which receives your IP address and may use its own cookies (Google privacy policy).
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@deapet.ro. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (dataprotection.ro).
